The problem

Invisibility is the only business problem with no symptoms.

Lose a pitch and you know about it. Lose a comparison you were never part of and nothing happens at all — no rejection, no feedback, nothing to review on the drive home. Just a phone that rings slightly less than it should, for years. Meanwhile a less experienced competitor gets the call, not because they practise better law, but because they were easier to find and quicker to trust.

  • A website that was accurate when it was built
  • Ten years of grateful clients and six Google reviews
  • A LinkedIn profile every referral checks before calling
  • 15–20 hours a week on work that needs no legal judgment
  • A pipeline resting entirely on referrals you don't control
What gets built

Four systems. One engine.

Not four services invoiced together. Each one exists because it makes the other three work harder — remove one and the cycle stops turning.

01Authority · Credibility · 24/7 conversion

The Digital Foundation

A website is not a marketing asset. It is trust infrastructure. Before a prospect picks up the phone they have already formed an opinion about your practice from what they found online — usually in under a minute, usually on a phone.

  • Fast, mobile-first site built to convert visits into consultations
  • Local SEO foundation so you surface for your practice area and city
  • An AI assistant that answers questions and books consultations at any hour
  • The anchor every other component points back to
02Client acquisition · Authority · Inbound pipeline

LinkedIn Authority

When a referral gives someone your name, the first thing they do is search it. What they find in the next sixty seconds decides whether they call you or the firm down the road. That page is doing work whether you maintain it or not.

  • 16 posts a month written in your voice — you never write a word
  • Profile rebuilt to convert visitors into consultation requests
  • Daily engagement managed on your behalf
  • Inbound enquiries typically beginning within 60–90 days
03Local dominance · Social proof · Competitive moat

Reputation & Local Search

Most solo practices have a handful of reviews after a decade of satisfied clients. Not because anyone was unhappy — because nobody asked at the one moment gratitude peaks, and the moment passed.

  • Google Business Profile fully optimised for local search
  • A review request sent automatically on every closed matter
  • Typically 20–40 new genuine reviews within 90 days
  • Unhappy clients routed privately to you instead of to Google
04Time recovery · Efficiency · Scale

AI Workflow Automation

The average solo spends 15 to 20 hours a week on work that does not require legal judgment. Drafting. Intake. Status updates. Chasing. It is the most expensive labour in the practice performing the cheapest task in it.

  • Workflow one in month one — your single biggest time drain, removed
  • Workflows two and three in months two and three
  • Typically 10–15 hours a week returned to billable work
  • Every system documented and owned outright by the practice

The maths

Buy the same four things separately and here is the bill.

Professional website with AI assistant$5,000$10,000
LinkedIn management, three months$4,500$9,000
Google Business management$1,500$3,000
Review automation system$1,500$3,000
AI consultant, three custom workflows$9,000$21,000
Content strategist, three months$3,000$6,000
Total, bought piece by piece$24,500$52,000
As one system, 3 months$9,000

Those are ordinary market rates for each component from a specialist provider — a website studio, a LinkedIn agency, a reputation platform, an AI consultant. Four vendors, four invoices, four briefings, and nothing joined up.

What you will not find here is a projection of the revenue this earns you. That number depends on your billing rate, your caseload and your market, and anyone putting it on a landing page is guessing. We will do that arithmetic together, with your numbers, on the call.

The 90 days

Built, integrated, running.

Month 01

  • Google Business Profile optimised
  • Review automation deployed
  • First AI workflow running
Month 02

Growth

  • Second AI workflow built

  • Analytics report and strategy call
Month 03

  • Third AI workflow complete
  • Lead magnet created and published

The guarantee

No live site, three working workflows, 20+ reviews and an active LinkedIn by day 90 — we keep working, at no further cost.

That covers deliverables, not outcomes. Nobody can honestly guarantee you a number of clients, and anyone who does is selling you something else.

Fit

This is not for everyone.

A good fit
  • Solo attorney, or a firm of two to ten lawyers
  • English-speaking market — US, UK, Canada, Australia, India, UAE, Singapore
  • Excellent at law and effectively invisible online
  • Currently dependent almost entirely on referrals
  • Willing to spend thirty minutes a month on a strategy call
  • Ready to commit to three months, because that is how long compounding takes
Not a fit
  • Firms with an existing in-house marketing team
  • Anyone looking for results without a commitment
  • Practices unwilling to engage in monthly strategy conversations

If that is you, the call will be short and honest. Neither of us benefits from a bad fit.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks.

Why three months minimum?
Because none of this works in one. Reviews accumulate, LinkedIn compounds, and each AI workflow builds on the last. A single month buys you a website and no engine. If you want a one-off website, there are cheaper places to get one — genuinely.
What happens if it doesn't work?
If by day 90 you do not have a live website, three working AI workflows, 20 or more new Google reviews and an active LinkedIn presence, work continues at no further cost until you do. That covers deliverables. Nobody can honestly guarantee you a number of clients, and anyone who does is selling you something else.
Do I own what you build?
Entirely. The website, the workflows, the documentation, the profiles — all yours, and all of it keeps running whether we continue after 90 days or not. There is no platform to stay subscribed to and nothing that switches off.
How much of my time does this take?
A kickoff session, thirty minutes a month on a strategy call, and occasional questions when a workflow needs your judgment on how something should read. You never write a LinkedIn post, chase a review, or brief a designer.
The posts are written for me — won't that sound generic?
It would if it were generic. Everything is written from your positions, your matters and the way you actually explain things, and nothing publishes without your approval. If a post does not sound like you, it does not go out.
Is AI going to give my clients legal advice?
No. The assistant answers questions about your practice, qualifies enquiries and books consultations. It is scoped to intake, and it hands anything approaching advice straight to you.
I'm already busy. Why would I want more enquiries?
Then start with the workflows. Ten to fifteen hours a week back is the point of component four, and it lands before the pipeline does. If you are at genuine capacity and happy, this is not for you and I will say so on the call.
Who builds it

You will be talking to the people doing the work.

A two-person team. No account managers, no handoff to a junior agency bench — whoever is on your strategy call is building your workflows and writing in your voice.
